Visa Application

The Conference Organizers will assist conference participants during the visa application process and provide a supporting visa invitation letter to delegates who have registered and paid the registration fees to attend the conference (this also applies to accompanying persons).

Please note that the visa invitation letter is only for supporting the visa application, and it is NOT the visa permit nor a substitute to the visa permit.
