Instructions for both oral and poster presenters:

We encourage both oral and poster presenters to submit a pre-recorded video (video length less than 15 minutes) and to send a video link with your paper id and paper title to us before July 31, 2021 (mitab2021@applied-energy.org). We will post the video links to the Conference website for all participants to review. For some reason, you are unable to provide a pre-recorded video, you may also submit your poster to us.

Regarding the pre-recorded video, we do recommend using Zoom for recording your presentation and then sending us a Zoom video link. If you are unable to use Zoom, you may also use other software to record your presentation, but please make sure the video link works well so that it may be accessed by all Conference participants.

We will release all pre-recorded videos about one week before the Conference date. Meanwhile, we will generate discussion groups for each topic session/track so that all authors and audiences may communicate with each other online, such as post comments and reply online or off-line, before or after the Conference. Furthermore, we may arrange live discussion groups for some topic sessions/tracks based on needs, so the audience and presenters will have a chance to live communication. More detailed instructions regarding discussion groups will be available soon.

Note: We intend to record presentations and upload them to YouTube for knowledge sharing purposes. On the submission page, please add an additional sentence following your completed abstract in the Abstract Table; either granting permission for your presentation to be recorded and uploaded, or requesting that your presentation not be recorded
